This is personal. And it’s professional.

I’m Tracy — a licensed cosmetologist and public health educator with a B.S. in Public Health Education and a minor in Holistic Health. I’ve spent decades working at the intersection of two fields most people keep completely separate.
What I kept seeing in my practice had nothing to do with products or technique. It was internal — health conditions, hormonal shifts, medications, nutritional gaps, behavioral patterns — showing up in my clients’ hair and skin before anyone else noticed. I had the public health background to connect those dots, and I saw a need for it in my community.
That gap is what Balanced Beauty Edit exists to close.
This platform is built for licensed beauty professionals across every discipline — cosmetologists, estheticians, nail technicians, and beyond. The work looks different depending on where you practice. The patterns don’t.
The Health-Informed Stylist
A workshop for beauty professionals who want better results behind the chair.
This is where the education starts — with hairstylists. Because the styling chair is where patterns show up earliest and where the client relationship runs deepest.
But the framework behind this workshop is bigger than one discipline. Balanced Beauty Edit is building education for the full scope of the beauty profession. The Health-Informed Stylist is the first product. It won’t be the last.
About 20 minutes. Pre-recorded. Work through it at your own pace.
